Title: Auto Login
Post by: jamesdelelio on December 05, 2016, 02:25:30 am
Hi,
I would like Rokos to automatically login the user (Pi) and start Bitcoin Core fully automatic without any input needed at all, so fully automated boot-up.
Also I would like Rokos to periodically check if Bitcoin Core is still running ok and re-boot if it's not.

Any help would be appreciated.
kind regards
james

What's for login in pi automatically, as far as I know you can only set that option when you fresh install an OS from scratch. Since ROKOS is already pre-installed I fear it's not possible, or Google is your friend.
What's for ROKOS checking if the BTC core is always running and reboot it, you'd need a script that looks at the task manager and keep track of the BTC core usage. Then again Google is your friend to find the script as I am not a programmer of any sort.
