Title: Hi, i CAN'T INSTALL ANY REPOSITORY FOR ANY PROGRAM

I need to install remotpc and apart from having a guy from Poland manually doing it, I have no idea how to do so, do I need to update or something as if it would accept repositories this wouldnt take months of going no where?
