Okcash coin are not seen after sync also

Hi,

  I have transferred bitcoins to okcash using coinswitch. Transaction is confirmed from coinswich side.

  Wallet is fast synced using the method mentioned in the forum.
  I took back of wallet.dat and did reinstall of the wallet, still same issue.

  Somebody please help me, this is my first transaction in okcash.
